And don’t forget to ask if they business puts the tents up themselves and takes them down. Most places do, but they may charge extra for those services. Its is always better to be sure.

And instead of hiring a decorator to do your tables, do them yourself. Buy material at a craft store and sew runners. Giving you a chance to make exactly what you want. If you cannot sew, ask a friend. This will not only save you money, but you will be able to keep these items and use them after your wedding in your home as a new couple.
