How to Pick the Right Accessories for Your Wedding Hairstyle

To have, or not to have? That’s a good question. It seems that nothing is right until your hair is perfect. And it can be the hardest thing to decide on. It has been a long tradition to wear a long veil over the face while walking down the aisle.  That will not do it for the modern Bride. She wants to be fresh, new, and original. Decorative hairpieces can make all the difference in a bride’s hairstyle. Here are three tips to help the decision process easier for our brides.

1.)If you want flowers in your hair, talk to the florist you have selected.  Most florists will have the latest tips and trends for the season. Do your own research, look through magazines and on the internet. Clip and print out a few of your favorite pictures and show it to your florist. It will help them understand what you’re looking for.

2.)Do a couple test drives before your wedding. Do your hair in a similar way it will be at your wedding and take pictures of it with and without the hair pieces you selected. Show the pictures of you to your bridesmaids and mother to get their opinion.

3.)Be Careful! You don’t want to overdo it. Remember, less is more. The hairpieces shouldn’t have to compete with each other.  If you are already wearing a tiara you don’t want flowers in your hair stealing its thunder.
